How quickly should we expect our order?
A: At Base Metal Design, we pride ourselves on our quick turnaround times. We are able to get most pieces completed in 3 to 7 business days, often starting your piece the day after you place your order. Shipping then takes another 3 to 5 days before it hits your doorstep. Turnaround time may take longer for large orders (please message us before placing large orders so we are able to provide you with a time estimate)

Q: Do you provide discounts on large quantity orders?
A: Yes, we can provide discounts on large orders. Please message us before placing large orders so we can provide the appropriate discount code.

Q: Do you provide mounting hardware with your legs and brackets?
A: At this time, we do not provide mounting hardware for any of our products. The reason being, is that each end use is unique. Mounting hardware should be chosen based on your specific use (how thick your table top is, how much weight your table legs/shelf brackets will hold, if you will be mounting shelf brackets to the studs or using wall anchors, etc.) If you have any questions on what to use, feel free to message us and we can provide our professional opinion.

Q: I am local to Camano Island, WA. Can I pick up at your location and get a discount?
A: Absolutely! If you are a local and want to pick up your piece(s), please choose that option when checking out and apply coupon code 'PickupLegs', to get a discount. We will contact you once your order is ready for pickup!

Q: Do you powder coat?
A: Unfortunately we do not powder coat at this time, but we do follow the industry standards in terms of cleaning and painting each piece. The paint if sure to hold up for the test of time.
